To figure the approximate number of tee shirts and the price of your quilt, use this formula:
The L + W x $2.50 (Example 48” + 48” = 96 x $2.50 = $240)

Note: Approximate number of t-shirts varies on the size of the t-shirt image/images. Some t-shirts have 1-3 images per t-shirt. The larger the images the less t-shirts you will need.
Here’s how your quilt will be constructed:
• Once the shirts logos are cut, we draw a map of your quilt in a computer-drafting program and assign a placement for each of your T-shirt blocks. If there is a significant in size change from the estimate we will contact you. You may then decide if you want to change the size or bring more t-shirts.
• Your blocks are then sewn together and the layers are machine quilted.
• The quilt is finished with a binding that matches the backing fabric.
• We will then notify you to come pick up your quilt. That’s the best part!
The price includes the batting, backing fabric, binding fabric and thread.
The price is determined by the size of the finished quilt.
Pricing:
Effective Jan 1, 2019. The price includes cutting of the t-shirts, design layout, sewing, 100% cotton backing and binding, 50/50 batting, and long arm quilting.
Payment:
Cash only 50% upfront and balance on pickup.
